Back to School STEM Centers
I just finished my first week as a STEM teacher! Let me tell you, there were some blood, some sweat, and definitely some tears. Now that I have one week under my belt, I am looking forward to another week of straight chaos! 🙂
To introduce STEM class to my students, I used these back to school centers to help! The activities helped me to explain my expectations for getting out and putting away materials. It also helped me to explain the importance of not wasting materials and respecting my tools.
Along with teaching expectations, this product also helped me to get to know my students even better! I learned about their favorite things, their family, what they did over summer break, and so much more! It was a really fun way to kick off the year and to find out more about my kiddos!
